Frustrated!

Frustrated am I,

I have been trying for a good while to get my website up and going but, something has gone wrong, I have a very kind and patient partner but, he also is getting frustrated, I don't seem to be able to find the right type of help for my needs, I am having trouble confirming that I own http://www.abargainonline.com/ and also http://www.spottasale.com/ the latter being set up through another company.   I wanted to bring all the latest sales , hints, tips and recipes to you but most things don't seem to be happening and I don't know where to go for help.

If any one can help me I would be most grateful.
